新北市浮洲合宜住宅地下室大梁裂縫遭民眾質疑施工品質，新北市政府工務局表示，本案為內政部營建署辦理案件，已立刻請營建署妥善處理，回應民意，在使用執照核發部分，市府也會為市民嚴格把關。

針對媒體報導板橋浮洲合宜住宅地下室大梁出現裂縫等情形，新北市政府工務局於昨（三十）日提出說明指出，浮洲合宜宅是營建署辦理之土地標售案，於一○○年十一月二十一日由得標廠商與營建署完成簽約，並由廠商負責規劃、設計、興建及監造等工作。

對於民眾反映的問題，據營建署表示目前已由台灣省土木技師公會協助鑑定安全事宜，並評估裂縫原因及補強方式，新北市政府亦強烈拜託內政部營建署與施工廠商儘速確認裂縫對結構安全之影響；另請內政部營建署加強督導並啟動品管機制，保障購買房屋民眾權益。

此外，新北市政府也會保障市民權益，在核發使用執照時嚴格把關。
